5-DAY PREPERATION CAMP
We aim to give athletes the ultimate professional training camp, as you prepare for upcoming triathlon events. Camps are designed to improve overall performance and give you the best chance of success, preparing you for hot and humid conditions.
Located on the Island of Phuket Thanyapura is the ideal location for athletes to train in, in the lead-up to races held in high humidity including the Ironman World Championships. With temperatures ranging from the high 20’s to mid-30’s with high humidity it is the best environment to be training in and to gain valuable information regarding sodium, calorie and fluid loss.
