As part of Challenge Roth’s commitment to be an international bucket-list race, entry slots have been made available as part of an International Tour Package program that includes accommodation, event transfers, special functions and specially produced merchandise.
Challenge Roth will be held on Sunday July 5, 2020.
TOUR PACKAGE INCLUSIONS:
Accommodation: Choose from 5 or 7 nights in Nuremberg or Roth.
Exclusive access to purchase a 2020 Challenge Roth race slot.
Round trip transportation from the Nuremberg or Munich airports to your hotel – group departure times to be advised. Please read our transfer information here.
Daily hotel full breakfasts – hot and cold buffet with a variety of options.
Event transfers from hotel to an exclusive meet & greet with Felix and the team at Challenge Roth, castle tour, Expo and Race Registration visits, Challenge Roth Welcome Dinner, Bike Check-In, Race Morning drop off at the swim start, shuttle post-race back to the hotel, and the Challenge Roth Awards brunch on Monday.
Swim course orientation – a detailed look at the swim course plus a chance to swim in the canal where the action takes place. Canal is closed until Friday.
Bike/run course orientation – we drive the bike course with you (one lap) highlighting the key points.
Challenge Tours Gifts including event cap and performance shirt.
Transport of your bike to and from the race site from your hotel. We collect your bike and kit bags for you after your race, saving time and effort so you can enjoy the fireworks and entertainment at the finish.
Exclusive to Challenge Roth Tour members – retrieval of your bike and two gear bags after the race and secure transport of your gear back to your hotel.
Challenge Roth Fan Tour – As part of the tour package spectators will be automatically included in the Challenge Roth Race Day Fan Tour which includes a VIP viewing area for the swim, race day bus to key parts of the course, VIP seating at the finish area, light refreshments and drinks throughout the day.
CHALLENGE ROTH 2020 BOOKING PROCESS – 4 EASY STEPS!
Step 1 – Choose your room type
Choose how many people you will be booking for:
Single Occupancy (one person in a room): one single bed
Twin/Double (two people in a room): Two single beds or one double bed
Triple: (three people in a room): Two single beds (or one double bed) plus a foldaway bed
Note: Bookings that require a room for 4 or more people (eg. a family of 4) will require you to complete our enquiry form. One of our experienced team members will contact you to complete your booking.
Step 2 - Choose your accommodation package
Choose your preferred accommodation and travel package – 7 nights or 5 nights.
We highly recommend the 7-night package for all international travellers to allow time to acclimate to the time difference and to enjoy the race week in a relaxed way.
Fill in the Booking Form with your details and people travelling with you.
Please select the number of RACE ENTRIES REQUIRED IN YOUR BOOKING.
Step 3 - Deposit
A deposit of $AUD700.00 AUD (+ merchant fees) per person secures your place in the event and your accommodation/tour package.
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable and is required for each competing athlete and/or spectator.
Submit your deposits via our secure online payment gateway within the booking form (located at the bottom of the booking page)
Step 4 – Auto-Confirmation Email
Confirmation Email sent.
Congratulations, you are on your way to the Challenge Roth 2020 event.
You will receive an automated confirmation email of your deposit. Please keep this email safe as this is confirmation and receipt of your booking, payment of the deposits and access to your Challenge Roth entry code.
IMPORTANT: You will receive a separate e-mail from the Tri Travel team on June 30, 2019 with your unique Challenge Roth entry code with further instructions on how you are to enter on the race website.
