Challenge Roth is one of the most sort after events in the world. Entries to the iconic event sell out in minutes!

As part of Challenge Roth’s commitment to be an International bucket-list race, entry slots have been made available as part of an International tour package that includes accommodation, event transfers, special functions and specially produced merchandise.

You will be treated like a VIP as we deliver the Challenge Roth experience to you, your family and friends.

Challenge Roth race day will be held on Sunday the 7th of July 2019.

 

TOUR PACKAGE INCLUSIONS:

Exclusive access to purchase a 2019 Challenge Roth race slot. An entry code will be provided once deposit has been received (within three days of booking).

Round trip transportation from the Nuremberg OR Munich airports to your hotel – group departure times to be advised (2018 transfer times were 9:00am and 3.00pm). Private transfers available at extra cost.

Daily hotel full breakfasts – hot and cold buffet with a variety of options.

Event transfers from hotel to an exclusive meet & greet with Felix and the team at Challenge Roth, castle tour, Expo and Race Registration visits, Challenge Roth Welcome Dinner, Bike Check-In, Race Morning drop off at the swim start, shuttle post-race back to the hotel, and the Challenge Roth Awards brunch on Monday.

Swim course orientation – a detailed look at the swim course plus a chance to swim in the canal where the action takes place. Canal is closed until Friday.

Bike/run course orientation – we drive the bike course with you (one lap) highlighting the key points.

Challenge Tours Gifts including unique cap and performance shirt.

Exclusive Race Registration and merchandise morning – no waiting in long lines and exclusive access to the merchandise before other athletes arrive.

Transport of your bike to and from the race site from your hotel. We collect your bike and kit bags for you after your race, saving time and effort so you can enjoy the fireworks and entertainment at the finish.

Exclusive to Challenge Roth Tour members – retrieval of your bike and 2 gear bags after the race and secure transport of your gear back to your hotel.

Challenge Roth Fan Tour – As part of the tour package spectators will be automatically included in the Challenge Roth Race Day Fan Tour which includes a VIP viewing area for the swim, race day bus to parts of the course, VIP seating at the finish area, light refreshments and drinks throughout the day.

CHALLENGE ROTH 2019 BOOKING PROCESS – 5 EASY STEPS!

Step 1

Choose how many people you will be booking for. Any bookings that are single or 3 or more people will require you to complete our enquiry form. Someone from our team will make contact with you to complete your booking.

Step 2

Choose your region of departure. If you do not see your region of origin please choose other and complete the enquiry form. Someone from our team will be in contact to complete your booking.

Step 3

Choose your preferred accommodation and travel package and fill in the Booking Form with your travelling group details. Please select RACE ENTRY and any other extra’s you require assistance with. All prices are in AUD

Step 4

Deposit a $500 AUD (+ merchant fees) non-refundable and non-transferable deposit for each racing athlete and/or spectator (age 17 and up as of race day). Packages are priced per person twin share.

Spectators are part of the Challenge Roth Fan Tour and have access to all services, tours, shuttles, parties, and activities included in the package plus a special VIP race day package.

Submit your deposits via our secure online payment gateway in the booking form.

Step 5

Confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation of your deposit. You will also receive a separate e-mail with the Challenge Roth entry code to enter on the event website within three days of booking. From this time, you have 48 hours to enter the event and pay your entry direct to the race, via their site.

CHALLENGE ROTH TOURS BOOKING TERMS AND CONDTIONS

Insurance

You have the option of purchasing Travel Insurance from Tri Travel. To email through a correct quote, please advise your full dates of travel and all dates of birth and I can get the quote through to you. It is advisable to take out insurance at the time of booking. This insurance does NOT cover you whilst racing or cover your bike for any travel.

Additional Travel

** We are able to assist with arranging any pre and post-race travel options, and tours. We are also happy to provide prices on flights, and pre/post-race tours.

Race Entry

If race entry has been requested. Once the deposit is paid you will receive a code which you should enter at the official race website. This code must be used within 72 hours of issue. This is a unique code and cannot be used by a third party. The event/race entry fee is NOT included in the Total Booking Fee and is payable in addition to this package which we have arranged for you. The entry fee should be paid direct to the race office.
Please note however, race entry is in conjunction with our packages above. If you cancel the above package, your race entry will also be voided.

Welcome Pasta party

Not included in the package are tickets for the Welcome Pasta party for family and friends. These can be purchased in Roth over race week if you have family and friends who wish to attend. This is more of a rolling event with over 5,000 racing it is not like you imagine a normal Carbo party you have experienced in the past.

Flights

** Flights are not yet included in the above. We can assist with arranging any flight prices to suit your needs. If you opt to book your own flights rather than have us arrange them for you, please advise flight information prior to full payment of the flights or of the Total Booking Fee for transfer purposes.

2019 transfer information… MOST important

We are offering a return transfer service in 2019 from both Munich and Nuremberg Airports. Times are TBC (will be known October 2018) for 2019 providing a morning and afternoon transfer. Anything outside of this we can arrange a private transfer at an additional cost.

Payment terms

Full payment is due to us by the 15th of February, 2019. Please note terms and conditions prior to the payment of the balance.
